pray 2 Rakat namaz(nafli)
in first rakat recite 7 times surah faateha and after that 1 times surah kaaferon
in 2nd rakat recite 7 times surah faateha and after that 1 times surah ekhlass
after salam
recite 10 times 3rd kalima
and after that recite this dua atleast 100 times along daroood pak at the end and the start ofthis dua:
Ya Ghiyaas-al-Mustaghiseena-Aghisni
